About the role
You will lead a high performing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver Transaction Management solutions to one of the largest JLL global corporate clients.
Managing a portfolio across Greater China, this position calls for a highly-energetic leader with excellent communication, portfolio management and client relationship management skills. Comfortable in working towards achieving performance targets, you will be responsible to deliver a range of possible real estate and workplace solutions to a client seeking both consistency and innovation that come from a closely-integrated partnership with JLL.
The role is responsible for team management and delivery of Transaction Management services across Greater China.
Job Description
Critical responsibilities include (but not limited to):
61 Provide leadership, establish a long-term strategic vision and be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of real estate transactions, including lease acquisitions, renewals and disposals.
61 Be responsible for driving the Transaction Management team to achieve account savings and other KPI targets.
61 Proactively identify process efficiencies, formulate and execute on implementation plans, followed by tracking and demonstrating results.
61 Act as a “player-coach” by
o Managing the team:
74 Acting as a point of escalation and coaching the team throughout the course of a transaction;
74 People management – resource planning, performance management and talent acquisition/development;
74 Financial management – ownership of the account P&L;
o Individually managing high-profile and/or complex transactions end-to-end:
74 Managing broker delivery – ensuring best-in-industry advice and market data is being provided, high-quality client engagement, coaching brokers on negotiations and client engagement;
74 Ensuring adherence to the established transaction process, tracking and reporting via regular cadenced meetings and tools;
74 “Seeing around corners” – providing actionable advice on mitigation of anticipated risks/taking advantage of opportunities.
61 Maintain ownership for managing client feedback/escalations.
61 Cross-collaborate within a multi-function service delivery platform, building relationships and improving ways-of-working amongst other service lines.
61 Actively participate in plan formation and implementation of the portfolio strategy.
61 Be able to bring best practices, market research and analytics to enable the client to bring the best advice to their stakeholders.
61 Bring the best of the JLL platform to the client by introducing new JLL products and services which may help the client achieve its business objectives.
61 Understand the client’s key business drivers; focus the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with deliverables.
61 Manage high level reporting on transactions and real estate using technology.
