61 Product audit status statistic and monitoring;

61 Ensure release of new projects;

61 Make sure the quality target of VW Group;

61 Road test product disassembly and risk evaluation;

61 Fulfill the battery analysis task assigned by superior manager;

61 Test and analyze the battery pack with the help of test equipment

Our Requirements

61 Education: bachelor degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in engineering, electrical engineering is preferred;

61 English or German proficient

61 two years' work experience in battery project, automobile industry is highly preferred.

61 Good communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels;

61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

61 High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm;

61 Skills in Microsoft office;

61 Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.

61 Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
