职位描述

Must-own skills/knowledge / 必须具备的技能或知识:

（1）根据审核后的原始凭证收付现金及银行存款；对相应的原始凭证做账务处理，完成应收应付附表/ Collect and pay cash and bank deposits based on the reviewed original vouchers; Perform accounting processing on the corresponding original vouchers and complete the detailed data of accounts receivable and payable;

（2）负责相关费用的摊销及预提/Responsible for the amortization and provision of related expenses

（3）严格按照公司规定审核日常费用和报销费用/Strictly review daily expenses and reimbursement expenses in accordance with company regulations

（4）按照规定办理银行收付款业务，支付海关关税，申请非贸备案/Handle bank payment and receipt business according to regulations, pay customs duties, and apply for non trade registration

（5）负责收集银行有关单据，及时签发给相关人员并进行账务处理，并每月发送付款及时率/Responsible for collecting bank related documents, issuing them to relevant personnel timely and conducting accounting processing, monitoring fund flow and send payment rate every month

（6）负责各项往来账款的清理与催收, 并定期与相关单位部门核对/Responsible for clearing and collecting various accounts receivable and payable, and regularly verifying with relevant departments

（7）负责销售开票日常，在系统中确认销售收入，核销对应的收入/Responsible for daily sales invoicing, confirming sales revenue in the system, and verifying corresponding revenue

（8）根据外汇收入整理资料提供给银行，在外汇收入系统确认申报/ Organize data based on foreign exchange earnings and provide it to the bank for confirmation and declaration in the foreign system

（9）梳理工作中制度的缺陷和漏洞，及时进行修改/Sort out the defects and loopholes in the system in the work, and make timely modifications

（10）配合内外部审计工作以及与银行的沟通/Cooperate with internal and external audit work and communicate with the bank

（11）领导安排的其他工作/Other tasks arranged by the leader

岗位要求/ Job requirements：

（1）专科及以上学历，中级会计证优先

College degree or above, intermediate accounting certificate is preferred

（2） 1年以上应收应付工作经验

More than 1 year of working experience in APAR

（3）熟悉Excel、SQL，会使用LN系统优先

Familiar with Excel, SQL, can use LN system is preferred

（4）能接受一定的加班工作量

Accept a certain OT

（5）良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力，有自己独立的思考和探究能力，适应变化能力强

Good teamwork and communication skills, independent thinking and exploration ability, and strong ability to adapt to changes

（6）具备英语听说读写能力

English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
