EHS Supervisor/安环主管

1. Build up the EHS system within plant considering the laws/standards/regulations from Marelli and from national/international, ISO14001, ISO45001.

2. Communicate with government authorities and coordinate all EHS issues pertaining to the company to ensure the legal compliance and high standard of occupational health, safety, and environment protection.

3. Budget planning for the EHS department and make the expense control of EHS;

4. Responsible for the compliance to 3 level safety training, fire safety training, occupational health training, ensure the documentation and archiving of the related records.

5. Responsible for the connection with government for the application and acceptance for the new/upgrading/extended projects.

6. Ensure the compliance with the government mandatory regulations via mandatory inspection/audits/maintenance records linking to EHS, also covers the special equipment.

7. Be responsible for the planning and implement the contingency plan related to EHS, summarize the reports and the follow-up of the measures.

8. Build up the control system for the construction from external supplier to ensure the compliance to plant EHS procedure.

9. Transfer and training the EHS lessons learn from other plants to Hefei plant.

10. Carry out the Diagnose of EHS according to the milestones from EHS organization.

11. Coordinate the process to conduct regular EHS self-assessment, internal audit and inspection, identify gap and develop long-term action to continual improve EHS performance.

12. Safety:

a) Responsible to build up the system of safety standardization, monitor the implementation and continuous improvement in the plant.

b) Responsible to identify the safety risk source and make the risk evaluation, take the measures to prevent the risk, and make the follow-up.

c) Ensure the proper running and management of the firefighting system.

13. Environment

a) Responsible for the proper waste management to ensure the compliance.

b) Responsible to identify the hazard source and make the risk evaluation, take the measures to prevent the risk, and make the follow-up.

c) Chemical management

14. Occupational Health

a) Identify the risk source for the Occupational Health, ensure the regular medical check with full support from HR department.

15. Work timely on other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.

Qualifications:

1. College or University diploma.

2. Over 5 years related experience.

3. Familiar with National and International Codes & Standards.

4. Familiar with ISO14001 ISO45001, or ISO18000.

5. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
