2 Assists in the development of robust and cost effective products to secure future business for PANGEA including the development of DOEs, capability studies and analysis.

3 Tracks and maintains record of all production processes.

4 Works closely with production managers and plant engineers on new product scale-ups.

5 Assists in control plan development for new products

6 Maintains regular communication with plant to assist in trouble shooting of plant issues and cost improvement initiatives.

7 Works closely with costing in developing cost analysis of new products

8 Prepares reports and follow up related to R&D activities.

9 Understand sand participates in the set-up and operation of equipment related to leather making

10 Assists in plant safety, and regulatory compliance where required

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree majored in Leather Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related disciplinary;

2.Good command of oral and written English

3.Knowledge of MS office;

4.Willing to accept challenges and work under pressure, excellent execution and team work spirit;

5.Result-oriented and self-motivated.
