Finance System & Project Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES

Finance flows integrity and process expertise

? I have a global knowledge and understanding of all factors (tools, flows, accounting standards..)

? I can play an active role in the network of the global process relay

? Write and update the documentation of current local financial flows &processes

? Provide assistance, training and support to teammates and users

? Identify business requirements, complete review and analysis and support the development of future improved end-to-end global standardized finance processes

? Monitor the finance flows in and out on the BU level to avoid data integrity issues

? Accompany with the accounting team to finish the closing arrange supporting resource properly

? Ensure the finance data quality of the information in the BU scope of responsibility

? Participate to identify system issues in a proactive manner, and implement solutions

? Communicate and report regularly about new features, the events and eventually the issues linked to the solution

Finance information system project management

? Identify business needs by working closely with the Financial users

? Design, coordinate, build the roadmap and project cycle with the stakeholders

? Proactive coordination of projects from the preparation till project closure, ensuring all the necessary input is provided for the project participants

? Project sourcing and supplier management

? Identify the project hurdles, surfacing them to the right stakeholders and ensure closure and follow through to ensure delivery of the project on time

? Support in project documentation, providing administrative support as needed

? Work collaboratively with the stakeholders to maximize efficiency and ensure satisfaction

? Collaborate with the project participants, contributing to the entire project lifecycle

? Participate in the reporting of project status and updates to the management

? Keep contact and information flow between the project participant teams

? Preparation of presentation slides/decision making documents

? Active involvement in finance project

? Support the development of project Management capabilities within the business

System maintain and workflows

? Ensure appropriate setup of system according to the different stakeholders involved(Business process, Group norms, fiscal & legal)

? Maintain documentations that describe and explain where and how the setup is done

? Train and certify the identified population of relays and animate this network of super users. Maintain up-to-date training book

? Monitoring independence and compliance of system access and the special setup of key users/super users

? Monitoring and optimization the ticketing system which allows proper communication with users and identification of recurrent issues
