主要职责
Principal Accountabilities
1、4-6 months internal training to understand our products, policies and sales-related knowledge.
2、Develop and implement sales strategies and plans, collect customer/market information and arrange customer visits.
3、Initiate weekly sales plans, manage the day-to-day sales activities. Report to the group leader with weekly summary and the monthly report is required.
4、Submit the market research report with data display, feasibility analysis, action plan and so on.
5、Effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and internal colleagues in order to suc-cessfully complete sales targets.
6、Continuously refine sales approach to identify and target new business/sales opportunities.
7、Perform other duties as assigned.
知识以及技能要求
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
1、College degree or above, in business sciences or related majors
2、Better with Sales/Business Development experience, preferably in steel industry
3、Cross-cultural knowledge
4、Experience in marketing distribution channels development and maintenance is preferred
5、Exploring and developing new business/sales opportunities independently
6、Self-motivated and self-driven. Pro-active, energetic and outgoing
7、Results & customer oriented
8、Strong communication & interpersonal skills, a good team player
9、Capable to work under pressure.
10、Able to read and write in English
