Optimize SAGEMCOM suppliers base ( cost down, quality, leadtime, payment terms …) and minimizing risks

Regularly conduct meetings with team members and ensure that reportings are regularly updated

Ensure regular reporting with HQ

Visit suppliers manufacturing sites for various reasons (Quality, Logistics, Purchasing)

Involved in delivery issue as key topic so to avoid component shortage at SAGEMCOM factory

Involved in supplier quality management with SQM

In charge of the recruitment of new team member

optimize the organization of the department in terms of workload, panels, tasks…
