主要任务The main missions of the role are:

1.负责计划团队的流程制定，计划团队包括物料计划、生产计划、项目物流;

Responsible for the establishment of relevant process including material planning, production planning and program logistic;

2.确保原材料的供应，并对库存进行控制，完成工厂库存不断降低的目标;

Ensure the supply of raw materials, control inventory to meet target;

3.确保对客户的交付绩效，对供应商和承运商进行管理，不断提高其交付绩效，不断优化供应链;

Ensure delivery to customers, manage suppliers and contractors to enhance performance and optimize supply chain;

4. 推动内部拉动系统的执行; Push implementation of pull system;

5. ECR控制; ECR control;

6. 确保新项目Launch中物流各节点工作的完成，确保项目的交付节点; Ensure complete of tasks according to launch program timeline;

7. 主导循环盘点，并分析差异，制定行动计划；Lead cycle count & analysis variance and build action plan to ensure the inventory accuracy;

8. 推动PC&L的FES 工具和方法在工厂内实施; Implement FES tools and methodology;

9. 寻找并主导物流改进项目，包括现场改进，流程改进等，实现成本节约; Lead logistic improvement activities in relation with shopfloor, process etc for cost saving;

10. 完成上级交代的其他任务; Complete other task assigned by manager
