What you’ll do:
As professional business partner, provides financial analysis to the
organization and business leader through the use of functional skills and
business acumen to achieve financial and strategic objectives for the business.
Oversees finance functions like budgeting/forecasting, costing, accounting,
etc. and performs financial analysis to support complex business decisions such
as pricing /rebate /credit /bidding.0202 02
1. Centralized02 Division level Finance Planning and Analysis:
02- Take as a centralized role of division Financial, Planning and Analysis
work, lead division on financial planning and analysis
02- Advise and counsel the division Leadership team on financial implications
of operating strategies, cost control, process and lean improvements, business
actions and decisions.
02- Handle and work closely with PLM, Pricing team for deciding business price.
02- Effectively communicate results at all levels of the organization and
recommend corrective actions to address unfavorable results.
02- Ensure finance responsibilities are defined and clearly communicated
throughout the organization, development and deployment of standard work.
2. Accounting/Finance:
02- Lead to handle division ledger finance management, accounting and
compliance.
02- Support division controller on closing, forecast, profit plan, strategic
plan and provide quality and insightful commentaries and analyses for the
organization
02- Coordinate finance management cross function with plants finance team,
business team, next level finance, etc.
02- Lead financial analyst on financial analysis of new product development,
new business/platform/product line.
02- Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy,
consistency and transparency. Maintain integrity of financial reporting
prepared for the organization
02- Interpret, implement and monitor corporate policies and procedures, ensure
financials are reported in compliance with GAAP and local statutory
requirements. 02
02- Establish monitor and maintain a system of internal controls that
safeguards company assets and provides for integrity and accuracy of financial
transactions and activities. 02Working knowledge of employed ERP system and SOX
requirements.
3. Program based management and deployment:
02- Lead to upgrade02 digitalizaiton BI program to enhace productivities.
02- Co-leader and cooperate with ESAP and 02Global FIN team on Finance
transformation programs.
4. Others assigned work.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred
* 10+ years of finance experience in multinational MNC company
* SAP, English Good
* Passionate driving result; Cross function work; Adapt changing; Good
communication skill; Can-do attitude
