Main responsibilities 主要职责
61 Provide product and technical support to sales organization.
61 Delivery the product training to sales and field service team so that they well understand the product/solution for selling.
61 Support Sales Managers during sales activity to win the orders and grow the business.
61 Identify the customer needs and propose the right product/solution.
61 Verify the product quality and or solution performance by visiting the customer site for data collection. Provide feedback to the manager.
61 Lead and coach the team members, Manage and direct the routine jobs in the team.
61 Analyze the market competition, Develop and implement Market Area strategic and tactical plans for the product line based on global product line’s strategies.
61 Manage the sales planning, rolling estimate, sales price and profitability by working closely with global product line and sales organization.
61 Develop the product offerings based on customer needs and applications, by closely working with global product line and sales organization.
Work with DC and Global Product Line for product availability based on sales plan.
To succeed 任职条件
61 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
61 Minimum 5 years’ hands-on technical experience of the related products, knowledge of the related industry application and production process is preferred.
61 Min 2 years’ experience of team management with proven track of record
61 Strong commercial sense, planning and coordination skills.
61 High understanding of and experience of support role.
Fluent written and oral English
