Essential Skills
Experience
o Experience on upholstery - from Concept to Manufacturing
o Experience in working with International Supply Chain
o Experience in Project Management
o Knowledge in Total Quality Management
Education
o Degree of above in Furniture related Engineering, will be a plus
o Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Skills
o Strong leadership, facilitate trust, collaboration and team development
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities
o Review the new product development drawing and sample; update the engineering status in Airtable
o Sets, updates and maintain testing requirements for upholstery
o Coordinate testing, maintain product compliance and testing reports database
o Provide technical expertise on projects including product development, product improvements and cost reductions
o Prepare AI
o Manage the Engineering Change Request and Notice
