? Evaluate cost reduction potential and implement accordingly in cooperation with colleagues in China and overseas

? Develop new components for PEP projects

? Support PUR/-Q team to optimize supplier base, improve supplier quality and flexibility

? Ensure the implementation of SQM process

? Standardization & optimization of purchasing process

Required knowledge competencies and attributes

? Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar area, hydraulic background as a plus

? Strong project management experience in international company for manufacturing or Automotive industry or technical experience of machining in related areas

? Fluent in English as basis, German as plus

? Good communication skill & interpersonal skill

? Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests

? Honest, high degree of self initiative and persistent working attitude

? Good knowledge and application of MS-Office and SAP
