Procurement Manager (FF&E)

Identify and evaluate new vendors/suppliers, primarily in the PRC and other regions as needed.

Collaborate with designers and consultants to review designs, suggest value-engineering solutions, and evaluate prototypes for potential substitutions.

Work with the procurement and Quantity Surveying (QS) teams during the bidding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and preparing purchase orders/contracts.

Qualify all vendors based on quality, reliability, and necessary project-specific insurances.

Manage invoice processing and accounting.

Oversee the submission and approval of custom design strike-offs as per specifications.

Ensure quality assurance of manufacturers' workmanship and adherence to specifications.

Coordinate logistics, including order tracking and timely delivery of goods to the warehouse or site.

Address punch list items, ensuring the resolution of damaged or missing items.

Compile final closeout documentation, including warranties, maintenance manuals, and compliance certificates.

Facilitate communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including operators, consultants, and contractors.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on FF&E and construction materials.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Material, Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Good command in Mandarin & English is required to liaise with different stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Knowledge of procurement software and tools.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Good initiative, conscientious and result orientated.
