服装外贸业务跟单

1. 负责监控和推进订单，以达到准时交货，准时取样，准时交货的目标。

2. 具有高档品牌男装和女装开发经验和大货经验。

3. 负责协调样品开发、成本核算和潜在项目的价格谈判等日常运营工作。

4. 为客户提供优质的商品销售服务，通过订单协调和跟进，协助实现公司的业务目标。

主要任务

1. 监控和推进订单执行过程中的每个关键阶段，并通过与客户和工厂的独立沟通，确保每个步骤的正确实施以确保客户满意。

2. 协调样品开发和生产以满足品牌要求。

3. 准备和协调成本核算，BOM表，监控并确保从合适的工厂获得有竞争力的报价，并在订单确认后跟进订单。

4. 跟进采购会议，确保采购会议前和会议期间的准备工作，根据客户需求与工厂一起准备采购行程。

5. 跟踪SMS，确保质量和准时交货。

6. 与客户和工厂保持良好的工作关系。

7. 向团队领导汇报日常问题，并对未解决的问题提出改进方案。

8. 协助寻找新材料和新供应商。

9. 定期积极拜访供应商，与供应商分享公司的业务需求和目标。

10. 通过日常沟通和积极参与维护好和工厂的关系，提高与工厂的生产质量和效率。

11. 完成管理层分配的其他任务。

任职资格

1. 大学本科以上学历，至少3-5年品牌休闲装或时装开发和生产经验，有英国市场经验者优先。

2. 良好的中英文书写能力（英语口语流利者优先）。

3. 在相关的产品领域有良好的技术知识，对生产和质量有自己的评估意见，并在替代方案上做出合理的决定。

4. 在成本核算，装饰品和配件的采购以及生产跟踪方面有良好的经验。

5. 计算机技能：能熟练使用office办公软件（Word, Excel, PPT, TEAM等）。

6. 出差要求：偶尔出差。

7. 具有较强的任务导向性技能。

8. 能够与供应商建立良好的关系并进行有效的沟通。

9. 能够发现问题，提供高质量的建议并提出解决方案。

10. 具有团队合作精神和灵活性。

General Objective 总体目标

1. Responsible for monitoring and progressing the order follow-up to achieve the targets of on-time deliveries performances, on-time sampling, lead time.

2. Have experience with premium brand men’s and ladies’ garment development and bulk follow experience.

3. Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in sample development, costing package, and negotiation on pricing for potential programs.

4. To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of company’s business objectives.

Main Task 主要任务

1. Monitor and progress each critical stage throughout the order tracking process and to make sure each step is properly implement by communicating with customers and factories independently. Ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Coordinate sample development and production to meet brand requirement.

3. Prepare and coordinate costing package, BOM sheet. Monitor and ensure competitive quotations are obtained from appropriate factories for potential programs and follow up orders after order confirmation.

4. Follow up buying meeting, ensure the preparation during and before buyers meeting and prepare the schedule of the buying trip with the factories according to the customer needs.

5. Follow up SMS, achieve the quality and on time delivery.

6. Keep good working relationship with customers and factories.

7. Report to the team leader the daily issues and escalate any outstanding ones. Implement the corrective action plan to improve the performance.

8. Assist in sourcing new material and new supplier.

9. Actively visit suppliers on a regular basis. Works with factories to improve quality and manufacturing efficiencies.

10. Share with suppliers for company business needs and objectives, maintains a positive factory relationship via day-to-day communication and positive participation.

11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification 任职资格：

1. Higher Diploma University graduate with minimum 3-5 years brand merchandising experience in occasional wear or fashion wear development and production follow up, preferable have UK market experience.

2. Good command of written English and Chinese (Fluent English speaking is an advantage)

3. Sound technical knowledge in the respective product areas up to a level to be able to assess production comments/quality and make competent decisions on alternatives.

4. Good experience in costing, sourcing of trims & accessories and production tracking activities.

5. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft office software ( Word, Excel, PPT, TEAM etc.) professionally.

6. Travel Requirements: Occasional

8. Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with suppliers.

9. Able to identify problems, escalate and provide quality recommendations on solutions.
