Process Development Engineer（冲压/贴合）

1.1 以客户为中心：与客户，销售和项目团队密切合作，定义，开发和导入新产品生产以满足客户的需要；

Customer centric: Work closely with customer, sales, and project teams to define, develop, and introduce new product production to meet customer needs

1.2 项目管理：执行和监控新产品的项目实施从项目启动直至项目结束；

Project management: Execute and monitor the implementation of new product projects from project initiation to project completion.

1.3 对于直接客户的要求，制作DFM，提供合理化建议；

For direct customer requirements, create DFM and provide rationalization suggestions.

1.4 向终端客户汇报，开发中的项目遇到的问题以及解决方案；

Report to end customers the problems encountered in the development project and their solutions.

1.5 参与公司新产品模具开发，主导模具供应商及模具设计生产等工作；

Participate in the development of new product molds for the company, lead mold suppliers and mold design and production work.

1.6 根据设计、工程等相关输入文件开发、撰写机械结构模具规格书要求；

Develop and write mechanical structure mold specifications based on design, engineering, and other related input documents

1.7 协调公司内部新项目开发的过程能够顺利进行，满足客户的交货计划；

The process of coordinating the development of new projects within the company can proceed smoothly and meet the customer's delivery schedule

1.8 项目管理，和项目团队一起合作以实现新的业务；

Project handle, work with project team to achieve the new business.

1.9 协助QA解决客户投诉，识别问题（根本原因分析）以及采取适当的行动；

Support QA for customer ‘s complains, identify problem (root cause analysis), and take appropriate actions

二、所需资格条件Qualifications

2.1 有学士学位，是机械或相关专业

Bachelor's degree Major: Mechanical or related

2.2 熟练掌握Office软件，AutoCAD和项目管理。如有Pro-E, ISO9001, DOE, FMEA, PMP等经验者优先
