The purpose of the role is plan and manage execution of the internal goods flow from suppliers to regional sales and marketing organization with objective to have finished products available in the regional sales and marketing organizations when the customers need them against optimal overall supply chain cost.
Scope: reports to Team Leader material managment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Material management ：
1. Daily operarion for PR/PO relevant issues.
2. Master data analysis and maintain.
3. Inventory control : avoid material shortage and obsenlence.
4. Forecast analysis and risk management
5. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, production departments, and other relevant parties to optimize the material supply process
Planning
1. Daily operation for planning : output follow up ,customer enquiry ,shipment arrange....
2. Capacity analysis
3. Production planning for weekly and monthly , both for inhouse and external supplier .
4. Inventory control
5. Communicate and coordinate with shift leader and VSM to optimize planing process.
Job Requirement:
1. Education:College graduate or above
2. Languages: Be good at English both at written and oral Work Experience:
3.Strong logic thinking and Impactful communication skills
4.Learning agility, have passion to learn new things
5.Hands on and result driven attitude, can work under high pressure.
Knowledge at planning & working experience at related function is required
