职位描述
1. Receive and response customer inquiries from website, select correct product for potential customer.
2. Follow up with IDs who download 3D files from APP website, support for further technical request and track the demand.
3. Work closely with RSMs for sample request, delivery and confirm sample received by customers.
4. Fulfil CEM customers demand and support RSMs to understand share allocation by key accounts.
5. Prepare and analyze sample report, CRM report and quotation report for monthly sales meeting.
6. Analyze and track website inquiries to support Asia sales manager make proper decision for new customer allocation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in related field, 3+ years of technical passive electro-mechanical or connector experience in QA or Sales, marketing.
2. Fair English in spoken and written.
3. Good in communication and listening
