项目管理经理

岗位职责

1. Participate in analyzing the technical specifications and drives for on-time delivery of the feasibility study results from the R&D team

2. Build stage planning, work-breakdown-structure and resource needs of the project and nominate project team

3. Make communication with management and resource owners to have resources allocated

4. Organize periodic reviews with the project team to monitor and drive the progress as planned

5. Identify, report, and make response planning to project risks (financial, technical, execution, etc.), as well as deviations of the project outcome versus the original specification

6. Report to project steering committee and local management on progress and particular issues

7. Creates and updates the overall project files (reports, dashboards, logs, lessons-learned)

8. Continuously monitor the desired balance between cost and quality as set out in the specifications, by closely working with R&D engineers and product managers

技能要求：

Hard skills

1. Engineering knowledge

- Enough engineering background to understand the process needed to form a design and to engineer a design into production

2. Finance knowhow

- Basic knowledge of financial payback analysis & accounting is preferred

3. Project management

- Experience in managing relevant project (product development or industrialization)

- Knows and proficient in using project management tools: WBS, Gantt-Chart, risk analysis, meeting organization, etc.

- Possession of PMP certificate is preferred

4. Reporting

- Capability to make clear reporting to summarize the situation to communicate with management and the project team

5. Using tools:

- Proficiency in MS Office kit: MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

- Knowledge to use CAD software (e.g. Solidworks or equivalent) is preferred

6. Fluent in oral and written English is a must-have

Soft skills

7. Communication skills

- Capable of sending clear and unambiguous message to convey ideas and issues to be addressed

- Able to understand other stake-holders’ situation and react appropriately

8. Negotiation and collaboration

- Good negotiation skills, have a good sense of balancing compromising and insisting to drive for a desired result

- Awareness to collaborate internally and externally, open attitude to different ideas

- Ability to convert conflicts into collaborations

9. Drive for results

- Result oriented mindset

- Understanding the consequences of actions and decisions in the process on results

2.Major in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics

Other relevant engineering degress
