- Communicate with network and clients for urgent and important issues

- Have clear picture of each file’s profitability, find out and clean up any abnormal scenario. Make quotation to network for local charges and A/F, maintain and keep timely update of our current tariff.

- Study SOP together with OP and follow up by random checking.

- Check, sign/approve TSL B/L, telex released B/L or any other similar documents.

- Check data quality in Pegasus to ensure everything has been inputted timely and accurately.

- Generate reports to Seafreight Opertion manager.

- Keep and maintain customer profile database

- Language proficiency : Good communication and inter-personal skill

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree or above

- Minimum 3 years of Seafreight Sup. experience in logistics or trading company

- Good English

- Possess good communication skills and influence skill
