职位描述
Mission
Assure the process stable and efficient for assembly production, including assembly, testing, painting and packaging, and focus on the improvement on site by LEAN concept and tools.
Responsibilities and Activities
61 New product introduction: assembly, testing fixture design, tools, working instruction, training to workshop
61 Set up and maintain the routing in ERP system
61 Line-balance, POKAYOKE,automation solution for assembly lines to improve efficiency and quality
61 Corrective action and KAIZEN implementation for customer complaint, quality or customer audit and other requirements
61 Technical support to workshop for daily production
61 Maintain all the database on server.
61 Other assigned by Supervisor.

61 Office in Shanghai
61 Workshop
Requirement
61 College degree or above in Mechanical or Engineering
61 At least 3 years working experience in Manufacturing Engineering, know well assembly process, tools and fixture, experience in hydraulics pumps, valve or gearbox is preferred
61 Microsoft Office
61 Good English in write and read, in particular technical vocabulary
61 Problem solving, team spirit, proactive
Professional skills and abilities
61 Skills with AUTOCAD, Pro-E etc. Software
61 Have the knowledge of LEAN is preferred
61 Problem solving approach
