Sustainable Procurement project management

1.Ensuring LkSG(德国供应链尽职调查法案)compliance by following up on Code of conduct for suppliers;

2.Handling Code of conduct for supplier exception process externally and internally;

3.LkSG relevant Ecovadis IQ supplier risk assessment and reporting;

4.Initiating and follow-up on LkSG obligation to endeavor risk mitigation measures;

5.Follow-up and reporting on Ecovadis status of suppliers including internal and external escalations;

6.Driving the improvement procurement process;

7.CSRD S2（欧盟公司可持续发展报告指令） materiality assessment and reporting in alignment with Group Headquarters.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Business Administration, Sustainability or Finance-related field is preferred;

2.Ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of relevant working experience;

3.Excellent oral and written English skills, proficient in Office software suite;

4.Fluency in German is a plus;

5.Good communication skills essential for effective supplier engagement, along with a collaborative teamwork spirit;

6.Preferably, knowledge or interest in sustainability/ESG, analytics, and compliance topics and processes.
