Production Supervisor

2.Ensure accurate recording on management information systems, timesheets, waste, analysis sheets, overtime sheets etc.

3.Be responsible for personnel management including hiring, training and cost control.

4.Weekly review to improve product quality, productivity, DL cost;

5.Through communication with maintenance team to ensure all equipment within specification and suitable condition to perform tasks relating to production targets.

6.Improve the production efficiency continuously to ensure timely delivery.

7.Set high 5S standard; carry out EHS policy to ensure compliance with state regulations.

8.Be responsible for the objectives and performance management to ensure the achievement of the production department objectives.

9.Ensure the effective communication and coordination with other departments.

10.Support operation manager for all production related projects

Requirements:

1. Above 5 years' working experience in on-site production supervisor, preferably in the T1 assembly process of automotive industry

2. Familiar with assembly process and lean production

3. English could be used as working language.
