Procurement Manager 采购经理/主管

工作职责：

1. 执行公司采购战略，优化各类采购活动（包括项目分包及一般采购），管控合规风险，实现公司效益***化；

Implement the company’s purchase strategy, optimize various purchasing activities (including project subcontracting and general procurement), control compliance risks, and maximize company benefits.

2. 负责供应商管理及采购合同管理，建立并维护供应商及采购合同数据库，建立采购大数据并编制相关报表，辅助管理决策；

Responsible for supplier management and contract management, establish and maintain a supplier and contract database, build purchase big data, and compile related reports to assist in management decision-making.

3. 支持采购寻源及议价，协助需求部门识别并筛选供应商，进行价格谈判，管控采购成本；

Support sourcing and price negotiation, assist the demand departments in identifying and screening suppliers, conduct price negotiations, and ensure optimal costs.

4. 供应商审核及资格管理，组织新供应商的资格评审，确保其符合公司标准，负责供应商的准入及退出管理；

Conduct supplier review and qualification management, organize the qualification assessment of new suppliers to ensure they meet company standards, and manage supplier onboarding and exit processes.

5. 采购合同拟定及签署，起草并审核采购合同的商务条款，确保合同内容与公司及客户需求一致；

Draft and sign procurement contracts, draft and review the commercial terms of purchase contracts to ensure that the contract content aligns with company and client requirements.

6. 支持项目分包管理，监督并审核分包过程记录，确保符合公司流程及标准；

Support project subcontract management, monitor and review subcontracting process records to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.

7. 供应商评估及改进，定期评估供应商表现，制定改进计划并实施，以提升供应商服务质量。

Conduct supplier evaluation and improvement, regularly evaluate supplier performance, develop and implement improvement plans to enhance supplier service quality.

任职要求:

Qualifications & Abilities:

资质和能力：

1. 本科及以上学历，采购管理、供应链管理或相关专业优先。

Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in procurement management, supply chain management, or related fields.

2. 至少5年以上采购相关工作经验，2年以上采购管理经验，具有检验检测行业经验者优先。

At least 5 years of purchase experience, 2 years of purchase management experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in TIC industry.

3. 熟悉采购全流程，具备良好的谈判技巧和合同管理能力。

Familiar with the whole purchasing workflow, with strong negotiation skills and contract management capabilities.

4. 优秀的沟通能力，团队合作精神，结果导向，持续改进。

Strong communication skills, team spirit, result oriented, and continuous improvement.

5. 优秀的英语沟通能力。

Proficient English.
