1.The product engineer will design and evaluate small mechanisms for use in dynamic safety applications, interfacing regularly with sales and customer contacts to define the optimum product needs for the customer application.

2.APQP best practices must be applied to each project to ensure consistent product performance and quality.

3.Product engineers must have strong skills in teamwork and communication in order to provide cross-functional support for customer inquiries, technical supplier audits, quality problem analysis, tooling feasibility analysis, etc.

4.Product Engineers will work closely with senior engineers and sales leadership on global projects.

任职资格：

1.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related.

机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历

2.4-7 years of experience in product design. Relate with automotive safety restraint system, such as retractor, buckle, airbag and seat is a plus.

3.Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R),

具备先进产品质量计划（APQP），设计验证计划和报告（DVP&R），

Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and statistical analysis (SPC) practices.

失效模式和影响分析（FMEA），统计分析（SPC）实践经验。

4.Strong theoretical calculation ability of mechanical structure.

较强的机械结构理论计算能力。

5.Knowledge of metal stamping and plastic injection molding technology.

了解金属冲压和注塑成型技术。

6.Strong ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese.

较强的英语和普通话沟通能力。

7.Available to support travel as needed for training, seminars, supplier and customer visits.

8.Enterprise PDM (EPDM) or equivalent experience desired.

有PDM （EPDM）或同等工作经验。

9.Proficient with 2D & 3D solid modeling design software, SolidWorks preferred. Surface modelling experience is a plus.
