We are seeking a proactive Export Sales Supervisor/Executive to support our export sales operations of Asia pacific headquarter. In this role, you will support regional market inquiries and orders, ensuring timely delivery of products while effectively coordinating export sales projects. This position offers valuable experience in market development and operational coordination in a dynamic regional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Business Support:

61 Manage daily operations related to export sales performance, including monitoring shipment schedules, identifying risks, and capturing growth opportunities.

61 Handle monthly shipment forecasts against budget targets to ensure accuracy and minimize fluctuations.

61 Coordinate with the markets’ supply chain on order processing, supply arrangements, and inventory control to facilitate local market operations.

61 Provide customer service support to enhance regional markets satisfaction.

2. Project Management and Cross-Functional Coordination:

61 Collaborate with various department at factory sites to ensure efficient supply chain operations for new product launches in regional markets, including logistics, new product development, customs clearance, and quality control etc.

61 Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency and alignment on export project goals.

61 Assist with projects such as packaging development for promotional packs and sampling initiatives etc.

Requirements:

61 University degree, preferably in Business or a related field.

61 Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales, customer service, supply chain, logistics support, or project management. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Export Sales executive.

61 Proactive with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

61 Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
