职位描述:
1. 通过小红书、抖音、天猫、微博等平台进行深度市场分析,监控成分、包装及消费者行为趋势;
2. 基于市场数据和洞察,提出新产品概念、包装设计、质地和形态的创新想法;
3. 组织焦点小组、产品测试,收集反馈并与实验室协调配方优化;
4. 制定新产品营销策略,包括独特卖点(USP)和市场定位;
5. 进行需求预测,为产品组合优化提供建议;
6. 定期制作分析报告,提出产品改进与新品开发方案;
7. 分析客户反馈及竞品动态,提出提升品牌竞争力的措施。
任职资格:
1. 中华人民共和国公民;
2. 俄语或英语口语及书写流利;
3. 3年以上化妆品行业研发、市场或数据分析相关工作经验;
4. 深入了解中国及亚洲护肤品市场趋势、本地品牌及细分市场;
5. 具备优秀的数据分析、市场研究和竞品分析能力;
6. 创造力强,积极主动,能提出创新解决方案;
7. 擅长制作数据分析报告及演示文稿;
8. 有国际品牌工作经验或了解NMPA法规者优先。

About the company:
We are an international skincare brand that is actively expanding its presence in the Asian market. Our goal is to create products that combine innovation, safety, and current trends. Our team will include experts from Russia, Europe, and China, which will allow us to exchange unique experiences.
Job Description:
1. Conducting in-depth market analysis: monitoring trends in composition, packaging, and consumer behavior through local platforms (Little Red Book, Douyin, Tmall, Weibo).
2. Generating ideas for packaging design, textures, and product formats based on data from marketplaces and social networks.
3. Organizing focus groups, testing products, collecting feedback, and coordinating formula refinement with laboratories.
4. Developing marketing strategies for new products: USP, positioning.
5. Demand forecasting, product portfolio optimization proposals.
6. Have extensive knowledge of the cosmetics market in China and Asia, constantly monitor new products, trending ingredients and packaging solutions.
7. Regularly create analytical presentations with proposals for improving existing products and creating new products based on research.
8. Analyze customer feedback (reviews, comments on social networks) and draw conclusions for improving products and services.
9. Create a competitive analysis and propose measures to strengthen our brand's position.
Requirements:
1. A citizen of China with perfect Russian or English (written and spoken).
2. Has experience in the cosmetics industry: R&D, marketing, analytics or related fields.
3. Understands trends in skincare in China and Asia, knows local brands and niches.
4. Can work with data: analyze reports, make forecasts, conduct competitive analysis.
5. Creative, proactive and able to offer non-standard solutions.
6. Has deep insight into the cosmetics industry, follows trends, innovations and best practices.
7. Has strong analytical skills and experience in creating presentations with data and visualization.
8. Can work with customer feedback and transform it into product solutions.
