业务开发经理

1.依据公司战略负责指定区域内项目和产品的市场开拓和维护；

Develop market opportunity, promote product & service sales comply with company strategy in assigned areas.

2.推动指定区域内设备租售和运营服务业务的整体改进和管理工作；

Managing & maintain fleet machines, improve sales and operation service performance.

3负责指定区域内的设备及人员调度和管理，客户问题及突发事件应急处理；

Responsible for fleet management and service support, cope with local customer relative issues and emergency event.

4.推动新增设备租赁业务整体运营维护，达到地区业绩目标;

Promote new machine lease and sell, as well as service satisfaction, to meet or exceed target goals.

5.负责当地区域的设备租赁发展趋势及未来预判，客户和设备信息管理及更新工作;

Proactive market trend and potential demands, regular customer visit and updated information

6.搜集当地租赁业务数据，竞争对手动态分析，定期形成报告报表及可实施的建议;

Collect local rental market information, competitor intelligence analysis, submit weekly report & updated portfolios.

7.协助上级主管完善公司租赁业务内部流程体系建设及临时交办的其他事项工作;

Assist to supervisor complete internal work flow process, improve business performance in market, as well as other jobs assigned per requirement
