职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily paperwork and routine duties, and to get materials and information ready for the team;
处理日常文书工作和日常职责,为团队准备材料和信息;
2. Responsible for database management of both exhibitors and visitors in CRM, to ensure the quality and quantity of information;
负责展商和观众在CRM系统中的数据库管理,保质保量完成相关信息;
3. Assist the team to collect market data, gather and analyze issues rasied by exhibitors and answer visitor enquiries;
协助团队收集市场数据,收集和分析展商提出的问题,回答观众咨询;
4. Support the team in all administrative issues, manage team's calendar and record holidays, business trips, meetings, etc;
支持团队处理所有行政事务,管理团队日程,记录假期、出差、会议等;
5. Support the manager to operate social media and website;
协助经理完成社交媒体和网站的运营;
6. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager, and be part of the project team to smooth the preparations and operations.
完成经理分配的临时任务,并作为项目团队的一员可以使项目的准备和运营顺利进行。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant majors;
工商管理、市场营销等相关专业本科学历;
2. Have working experience in marketing and OP(experience in exhibition industry is preferable);
具有市场营销和运营的工作经验(有展会行业的工作经验更佳);
3. Good computer skill(office software),design and Photoshop is an advantage;
良好的电脑软件操作技能(办公室微软),设计和PS能力;
4. Good at social media and website operations;
擅长社交媒体和网站运营;
5. Good communication skills; Good team player;
良好的沟通交流能力,良好的团队协作者;
6. Conscientious, hard working and is willing to learn.
