83 Confirm shipment on board on ETD/ETA and keep relevant parties informed in case of the sailing postpone.

83 Release HAWB/HBL (original or express)/FCR to shipper upon collection of the local charge for COD clients

83 Full compliance on data requirement in CW1 upon KPI.

83 Full compliance on SOP requirement for the clients with special instruction

83 Full compliance on sea/rail/air handling process upon IOP requirement.

83 Timely email reply manner (0.5 working day for local and 1 working day for overseas)

83 Good team work player and support each other when required.

83 Full implementation on new instruction or adjustment from the management team.

83 Support volume and revenue growth to meet and if possible exceed targets as set in Plan

83 Other tasks assigned by manager

83 College degree or above

83 Strong responsibility and good team work player

83 Fluent at oral and written English

83 Entry or one year working experience

83 Able to work under pressure
