Job Responsibilities:
61 Handle express mails, incoming phone calls and administration facilities in a proper way to ensure them run in a good condition.
正确处理快递邮件、来电和行政设施,确保它们处于良好状态。
61 Support on accommodation for guests by hotel booking and transportation arrangement to make sure they are politely welcomed and their schedule be well arranged.
通过酒店预订和交通安排为客人提供住宿支持,确保客人受到礼貌的欢迎,并安排好他们的行程。
61 Assist in applying working permit and working visa related issues for expatriates and exit visa for local employees on business visits.
协助外籍员工申请工作许可和工作签证,协助本地员工因公出差申请出境签证。
61 Check and evaluate 5S status for office area and deliver with improvement action plan to maintain tidiness and neatness of the working area.
检查和评估办公区域的5S状态,并提交改进行动计划,以保持工作区域的整洁。
61 Conduct regular checking for services, including canteen, car rental, shuttle bus, green plants, cleaning, hotel, laundry, pure water and beverage.
定期检查服务,包括餐厅、汽车租赁、班车、绿色植物、清洁、酒店、洗衣、纯净水和饮料。
61 Purchase and distribute stationery and cleaning supplies to ensure safety stock and proper utilization.
购买和分发文具和清洁用品,以确保安全库存和正确使用。
61 Arrange company cars in an efficient way.
有效安排公司用车。
61 Assist the superior in implementation of employee activities, such as annual meeting, outing, team building activities etc.
协助上级组织员工活动,如年会,郊游,团队建设活动等。
61 Assist the superior in HR issues, including staffing issues, handling of commercial medical insurance etc.
协助上级处理人力资源问题,包括人员配置、商业医疗保险等。
61 Assist supervisor to optimize the administrative workflow and take effective actions based on employee satisfaction survey.
协助上级优化行政工作流程,根据员工满意度调查采取相应的有效措施。
61 Deal with other temporary administrative related issues or tasks assigned by supervisor.
处理上级交办的其他临时行政事务。
Job Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s degree or above
61 1-3 years working experience in relevant position
61 CET4 or above, good English skills both in verbal and written
61 Proficient in Office365
61 Excellent affinity and customer service awareness
61 Proactive, with strong executive ability
61 Good teamwork spirit
61 Good at professional research, with continuous improvement thinking
61 Be flexible but have the sense of boundaries
61 本科及以上学历
61 1-3年相关岗位工作经验
61 CET4及以上,具备优秀的英文听说读写能力
61 熟练应用Office办公软件
61 优秀的亲和力和客户服务意识
61 积极主动,具备较强的执行力
61 良好的团队合作精神
61 擅于钻研专业,具备持续改进思维
61 处事灵活,做事有底线
