Mission:
As the EE Validator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated and manual test solutions for electronic and electrical (EE) systems across the vehicle development lifecycle. Your core focus will be on performing the robust System test, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) test, and Network load test to validate functional, performance, and reliability requirements.
Responsibilities:
EE Manual Validation & Optimization
1. Tasks:
o Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and manual test for System, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), and Network load testing, ensuring coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
o Ensure test coverage across the vehicle development lifecycle and compliance with OEM test standards (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR).
o Partner with EE Architecture, SW, and Diag teams to define test requirements, interfaces, and familiar with frameworks for ECU and network validation.
o Analyze test results, generate reports, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects and improve test coverage.
2. Responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain automated test scripts and manual test procedure (System/HIL/Network) to ensure comprehensive validation of EE systems throughout the development lifecycle.
o Collaborate with EE architecture, SW, and testing teams to define test requirements and implement robust test procedure frameworks.
o Provide reliable and scalable test automation solutions to support global vehicle programs and reduce manual validation efforts.
Scope of Action:
61 Own the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and manual test (System/HIL/Network) for global vehicle programs, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and efficiency.
61 Coordinate with EE Architecture, SW, and Testing teams to define test specifications and implement robust test procedure frameworks.
61 Actively participate in test execution and optimization, improving validation cycles through automation/manually while ensuring compliance with functional safety and performance standards.
61 Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and validation engineers, to ensure seamless integration of testing into the development lifecycle.
61 Drive continuous improvement of test tools and processes, enhancing scalability and reusability across projects

61 Test Quality & Coverage
o Test Accuracy: <3% errors in test logic (system/HIL/network)
o Requirements Coverage: >95% of EE functional requirements verified through tests
o Network Load Test Completeness: 100% of critical bus signals stress-tested under peak load conditions
61 Test Automation Efficiency
o Coverage: >90% of regression tests executed
o Test Execution Speed: Reduce HIL test cycle time by 30% through optimized procedure
61 System Validation Effectiveness
o Defect Detection Rate: >85% of critical EE issues identified during testing
o False Positive Rate: <5% in test failure reports
o Test Reusability: >80% of test list adaptable across vehicle platforms
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field
61 3+ years in automotive EE test automation, with experience in system/HIL/network testing
61 Proficiency in test automation tools: CANoe/CAPL, dSPACE, NI LabVIEW, Python, or similar frameworks
61 Knowledge of automotive protocols: CAN/LIN/Ethernet, and familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety in test validation
61 Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and HIL bench environments is highly preferred
Skills:
61 Expertise in Automotive Test Automation:
o In-depth knowledge of automated test methodologies for EE systems
o Mastery of test script development for System, HIL, and Network load testing
o Comprehensive understanding of test case design and requirements traceability
61 Technical Proficiency:
o Test Tools & Framework:
84 Primary Tools: CANoe/CAPL, dSPACE ControlDesk, NI LabVIEW
84 Scripting Languages: Python, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink
84 CI/CD Integration: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
84 Network Analysis: CANoe/CANalyzer, Wireshark, Ethernet testing tools
o HIL Testing Expertise
84 HIL bench configuration and test automation
84 Fault injection and simulation techniques
84 Real-time system validation
61 Vehicle Systems & Protocols:
o Communication Protocols: CAN/CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet (DoIP, SOME/IP)
o EE Architecture: Understanding of domain controllers, zonal architectures
o Performance Testing: Network load/stress testing methodologies
o Functional Safety: ISO 26262 test validation experience
o Strong analytical skills for test result interpretation and optimization
