As a Managing Consultant you will be primary responsible for prospecting both new candidates and clients in the international school sector, via strategic recruiting and business development activities. As we must be able to identify and network with prospective potential candidates and develop recruiting strategies for specific open client positions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leading the PRE team and guiding assistant consultant, researchers including but not limited in BD, candidates’ delivery to achieve the yearly team objectives.

· Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients.

· Overseeing daily operations within the team.

· Lead by example to Recruitment Consultants in terms of day-to-day recruitment, which remains the key part of the role.

· Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals on a permanent basis.

· Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates

· Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates

· Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates

· Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidates’ qualifications and job requirements

· Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.

· Ensure to follow the company process and procedure to get the work done.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above.

· 4 years above working experience in education sector of the consulting firm.

· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in computer operation.

· Willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure.
