61 Lead team to perform daily routine activities, including updating stock records, completing goods receipt, arrange put away, line feeding and dispatch.
带领团队进行日常的工作,包括库存更新,收货,原材料上架,存储,发料,发货等
61 Secure 5S of warehouse and warehouse safety measures
保证仓库的 5S 和安全管理工作
61 Ensure the picking to assembly line according to schedule and instructions, eliminate line down due to material shortage.
按照发料制度和方法及时向生产线发料,杜绝因材料短缺引起的生产线停线
61 Improvement of the operational efficiency and quality.
提高团队工作质量和工作效率
61 Ensure the warehouse operations follow the WI/SOP strictly, and update and optimize the WI/SOP if the
process is changed.
保证团队严格按照 WI/SOP 制度进行操作,当流程变更时及时更新 WI/SOP.
61 As area owner, be responsible for the visual management of different storage locations covering raw material
负责原材料仓库日常目视化管理
61 Make sure the warehouse record correct, complete and meet the SOP’s requirement
保证仓库库存的准确性,符合制度管理要求
61 Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.
完成上级领导的其他要求
能力要求：
61 At least 3-year working experience on ***-line team management, and warehouse team management
experience is preferred
3 年以上制造业一线团队管理经验，有仓库团队管理经验者优先
61 Senior high school or Technical secondary school and above is must
高中或中专及以上学历
61 Strong team work and good integrity, and be good at communication and problem-solving
有较强的团队合作精神和良好的诚信，善于沟通和解决问题
61 Can accept overtime and shift
可以接受加班及倒班
61 Good conduct, with serious and responsible work attitude
