岗位职责 ：

1. 与产品经理密切合作，通过设定高标准的声学标准、要求和规格，创新和开发前沿消费音频产品

2. 与供应商建立紧密的关系，以开发高质量的声学组件并批准其声音性能

3. 与其他团队合作，审查声学相关设计，提供专家见解和创新想法以进行优化

4. 设计先进的声学系统并调优性能，为高质量的耳机/家用音频/便携音频产品设立新的行业标杆

5. 使用最新的测试系统识别和解决音频产品中的声学问题

6. 接受专业的“金耳朵”培训，成为评估声音质量的专家，进行听力测试，确保产品提供***音频体验，直接影响产品在市场上的成功

任职要求：

1. 声学或相关专业硕士及以上学位

2. 熟悉基本的电声理论

3. 熟悉音频测量设备或工具，如Audio Precision、Soundcheck、Audition

4. 具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力

5. 积极的工作态度和自我激励

6. 良好的英语口语能力，能够用清晰简洁的英语撰写技术文档

What You Will Do / Job Responsibility:

1. Work closely with Product Managers to innovate and develop cutting-edge consumer audio products by setting high acoustic standards, requirements, and specifications

2. Build strong relationships with suppliers to develop high-quality acoustic components and approve their sound performance

3. Collaborate with other teams to review acoustic related designs, providing expert insights and innovative ideas for optimization

4. Design advanced acoustic systems and fine-tune performance for high-quality Headphone/ Home Audio/ and Portable Audio products, setting new benchmarks in audio industry

5. Identify and solve acoustic issues in audio products using the latest testing systems

6. Receive specialized "Golden Ears" training to become an expert in evaluating sound quality, performing listening tests, and ensuring the best audio experience in our products, directly influencing product success in the market

What's you Need / Qualification:

1. Master or above degree of acoustic or related major

2. Familiar with basic electrical-acoustic theory

3. Familiar with acoustic equipment or tools like Audio Precision, Soundcheck, Audition

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Can-do attitude and self-motivation

6. Good spoken English language skills and write technical documents in clear and concise English
