Job Responsibility
Reporting to manager of casting plant. The main responsibility of Casting Engineer is to develop the casting technology which was compliance with standard of quality target of cost and regulation of EHS. In details it includes:
- Develop and improve casting process and maintain the route in ERP.
- Make the quality control sheet and acceptance criteria of casting parts.
- Assist in casting blank designing or savings evaluating of casting blank replacement.
- Verify the quality of casting molds developed by outside vendor.
- Organize the continuously improvements in manufacturing technology and quality in center.
Candidate Requirements
- University graduate in mechanical engineering or material engineering. 2 years more experience in investment casting industry. lost-wax casting preferred.
- Familiar with the software of Auto CAD/Inventor
- Good both in English speaking and writing.
- Candidate must be proactive, able to work independently.
