职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the general manager in formulating the annual production and quality targets and plans for the factory;
2. Assist the general manager in optimally configuring and allocating the organization, personnel, equipment, and production structure of the factory based on quality control;
3. Assist the general manager in establishing a comprehensive quality, production, and safety management system for the company;
4. Responsible for formulating the quality management work plan and goals of the department, reviewing the achievement of quality management work plans and the formulation of quality goals by departments;
5. Monitor the correct operation of the entire quality system of the company;
6. Adjust the target plan in time according to the actual operation of the company;
7. Accurately determine quality anomalies in the production process and propose improvement measures for implementation;
8. Organize quality inspections, monitor the control of quality processes, monitor the implementation of standard production processes, correct deviations in time, and be responsible for the review, disposition, and management of non-conforming products;
9. Formulate the company's quality training plan and lead the company's quality evaluation and training work;
10. Determine the rework and special procurement;
11. Responsibility determination, analysis, and handling of major quality accidents, and report in time;
12. Be responsible for the formulation and tracking of key quality control procedures for key orders;
13. Investigate, analyze, handle, and feedback on major customer complaints;
14. Coordinate with the system engineer to formulate and improve quality management regulations;
15. Establish the factory's quality standards and improve them;
16. Suggest and track quality control nodes at each production process to prevent defective products;
17. Review whether the quality standard operating procedures of each position are standardized and reasonable;
18. Promote and motivate the effective implementation of various quality management innovation activities;
