Graphic Designer 平面设计师

1、负责品牌平面视觉相关的日常设计及执行（包括但不限于宣传物料、社交媒体等平面视觉内容）；Responsible for daily design and execution of brand-related visual materials (including but not limited to marketing collaterals, social media assets, and other visual content);

2、根据品牌定位及传播策略，进行视觉创意表达并独立完成设计项目； Developing creative visual solutions based on brand positioning and communication strategy, and independently complete design projects;

3、协同品牌、推广、CRM等团队，提供高质量的视觉支持；Collaborate closely with Marcom, Promotion, and CRM teams to provide high-quality visual support;

4、协助跟进输出印刷与制作工艺，确保成品品质符合品牌标准；Assist in following up on print production and craftsmanship to ensure final outputs meet brand quality standards;

5、参与品牌大型活动或推广项目的视觉规划与落地支持；Participate in major branding campaigns and promotional projects, providing visual planning and implementation support;

6、保持对国际设计趋势的关注，不断为品牌注入创新灵感。

Stay up to date with international design trends and continuously infuse the brand with innovative ideas.

任职要求：

1、平面设计、视觉传达、艺术类相关专业本科及以上学历；Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, or a related field;

2、3年以上平面设计经验，有海外学习或工作背景优先；Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design; overseas education or work experience is a plus;

3、熟练掌握 Adobe Creative Suite（Photoshop、Illustrator 等）及相关设计软件；Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other related design software;

4、具备较好的视觉审美、排版能力与细节把控能力；Strong visual aesthetic, layout skills, and keen attention to detail;

5、具备品牌思维和系统化设计能力，能独立完成多种类型设计项目；Capable of brand thinking and systematic design execution, able to independently manage a variety of design tasks;

6、良好的中英文沟通能力，能理解多文化语境下的设计需求；Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, with sensitivity to multicultural design contexts;

7、有责任心，执行力强，抗压能力佳，具备良好的团队协作精神；Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and ability to work under pressure, with excellent team spirit;

8、完成上级分配的任务。

Complete tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and effective manner.

加分项：

1、熟悉动态或三维视觉内容和相关表达手法；Experience in commercial real estate, retail, fashion, art, or cultural-related projects is preferred;

2、熟悉动态或三维视觉内容和相关表达手法；Familiarity with motion graphics or 3D visual design and related tools is a plus;

3、了解摄影、插画、视频拍摄及剪辑等多元技能者优先；Skills in photography, illustration, video shooting, and editing are a strong asset;

4、了解AIGC 相关知识优先，如Mid-Journey, Stable Diffusion, or ComfyUI 等。Understanding of AIGC (AI-generated content) tools such as Mid-Journey, Stable Diffusion, or ComfyUI is preferred.
