职位描述
Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:
? Ensure timely delivery of product according customer schedule by meeting quality customer requirements / 确保按照客户的时间表按时交付符合客户质量要求的产品
? Management of assigned personal following company targets and human resources SAIFEI process management / 依照公司目标管理指定的人员，以及赛飞的人力资源过程管理
? Manage all tools and equipments assigned following SAIFEI management procedures / 依照赛飞的管理程序管理所有指定的工具和设备
? Ensure the implementation of all activities with the purpose to reach SAIFEI’s KPI goals / 通过实现所有活动来确保达到赛飞公司的各项关键绩效指标
? Lead the analysis and solution of problems affecting the previous results / 负责影响之前结果的问题分析及解决
? Promote teamwork and a good work environment / 促进团队合作精神以及好的工作环境
? Ensure compliance with the rules of work and discipline plan established / 确保遵守工作章程以及已确定的纪律计划
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:
? Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering Management / 工商或工程管理本科
? 5 years experiences in aerospace or equivalent manufacturing industry / 5年航空或相关制造工业的工作经验
? 3 years experiences in team management as production supervisor / 3年作为生产主管的团队管理经验
? Written and oral professional English /专业的英语口语及书写
? Good ability for solve problems / 良好的解决问题能力
? Statistical knowledge / 统计学知识
? IE, ME techniques / IE、ME技巧
? 5S, office software, Lean Sigma techniques / 5S、办公软件、精益西格玛技巧
