Sourcing engineer采购工程师

*The role

The primary responsibility for this role is search and develop supplies to source in localization, work with project team for request deliveries, Identify and implement the possible improvement on quality, cost, on-time and service.

*Roles & responsibilities：

- Search the new suppliers according to the demand, under the lead from SCHURTER.

-Work closely with DT/project team in processing the request for information, quotation, samples and series products.

-Provide the requested deliveries and communicate status and result to project team.

-Transfer tech info from project team to the suppliers.

-Keep Transparent filing.

-Identify and implement the possible improvement on quality, cost, on-time and service.

-Issue & place sample P.O during sample stage of trading parts.

-Complete other tasks assigned by the company or superior.

*Skills & experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 2 years' experience in project work (preferred localization projects)

-At least 3years experience in sourcing/procurement

- Experience in supplier evaluation is of advantage.

- Experience in supplier Management and sourcing.

-Good written and reading English, preferable for good verbal English communication skills.

--Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook Proficient in SAP and ERP system operations.

- Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice. Non-prestigious and humble person who understands. that running a fast-growing/innovation company.

-Good Communication capability and team spirit.

-Accommodate occasional travel.
