品质助理工程师（接受外派）

1. 检查稽核外发生产线用于生产的原材料符合Bourns规格要求。

Checking and auditing that the raw materials used in the production of outgoing production lines comply with Bourns' specifications.

2. 检查稽核外发厂内生产线员工按照作业指导书规定的流程及手法作业。

Checking and auditing the production line staff in the outgoing factory in accordance with the processes and techniques stipulated in the work instructions.

3. 不定时稽核外发生产线内各品质报表、点检报表。

Audit the quality reports and inspection reports of the outgoing production line from time to time;

4. 依照巡检表和作业指引（OI）检查外发生产线各工站的工艺参数及产品符合OI要求。

Check the process parameters and product compliance with OI requirements at each station of the outgoing production line in accordance with the inspection sheet and operating instructions (OI).

5. 对外发厂生产的成品根据产品检验标准或指引文件进行抽样检验。

Sampling and testing of finished products produced by outsourced factories in accordance with product inspection standards or guideline documents.

6. 检查并稽核外发厂生产中用于量测或检验的治具及设备，符合Bourns相关文件之要求并是否有维持点检及记录。

Check and audit the fixtures and equipment used for measurement or inspection in the production of outsourcing factories to ensure that they meet the requirements of Bourns' related documents and that spot checks and records are maintained.

7. 检查并稽核外发生产线物料Batch追溯过程是否符合Bourns文件要求。

Check and audit the Batch traceability process of outgoing production line materials for compliance with Bourns documentation requirements.

8. 不定时稽核外发厂针对客诉、内部退货及制程问题提出的纠正和预防对策的执行状况。

Audit from time to time the implementation status of corrective and preventive measures proposed by outgoing factories in response to customer complaints, internal returns and process problems.

9．对于品质异常的处理，执行快速反应和问题上升原则，给出快速围堵政策，并推进最终改善。

Follow fast response and escalation rules for non-compliance, and drive for containment actions until issue close；

10 . 具备数据收集和分析的能力。

Have capability for data selection and analysis.

11.外发产品的全面质量管理。

Quality management for outsourcing products.

10. 能接受长期出差。

Able to accept long term business trip

12. 上级领导安排的其他任务。

Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

任职资格要求/Job Requirement :

1．高中或以上学历, 性别不限。

High school diploma or above, gender-neutral.

2．两年以上磁性元器件品质管理经验，外发供应商管理经验。

More than two years of experience in magnetic components quality management, outgoing supplier management experience;

3．熟悉磁性元器件常用材料，熟悉磁性元器件常用测试仪器调试和操作，了解磁性元器件参数的测试单位和进制。

Familiar with the materials commonly used for magnetic components, familiar with the debugging and operation of commonly used test instruments for magnetic components, understand the test units and the evolution of magnetic component parameters.

4．能看懂并熟悉工厂内的制品规格书。

Ability to read and familiarize with factory specifications.

5. 对各类测量和测试仪熟练掌握 。

Be familiar with all kinds of measured equipment and tester.

6．熟悉基本的品管手法,如：检查表，P-chart, X-R Chart和SPC、8D、QC七大手法等。

Familiar with basic QC practices, such as: checklists, P-chart, X-R Chart and SPC、8D、QC seven methods。

7．熟悉APQP和FMEA/MSA/CP工具并能熟练运用。熟悉IATF16949体系更佳。

Be familiar with APQP and FMEAFMEA/MSA/CP tools, and knowledge on the system of TS16949 will be preferable，

8. 具备独立主导品质问题的处理能力。

Ability to conduct quality issues independently.

9．有较强的接受和语言表达能力;工作积极、敏感、热爱品管工作,有一定的抗压能力, 能坚持原则。

Strong acceptance and language skills; work positive, sensitive, love quality control work, have a certain degree of stress resistance, can adhere to the principle.
