AM, Responsible Supply Chain(Contractor)

ABOUT THIS TEAM

lululemon Sustainable Business and Impact team leads the work with key partners and stakeholders to achieve the goals set in lululemon’s IMPACT AGENDA.

This role is part of the enterprise-wide sustainability team shaping the future of impact within our brand and business. This work doesn’t just live in one function; social and environmental impact at lululemon is integrated in everything we do. The team leads and integrates our vision and initiatives across the company to create value for our brand, our collective (guests, employees, makers, ambassadors), and society. A DAY IN THE LIFE

61 Work closely with vendors, internal teams and local partners to assure responsible supply chain and vendor code of ethics (VCoE) compliance.

61 Conduct Responsible Supply Chain assessment, training and capacity building program Includes visiting factories on a regular basis to elevate and ensure that the vendor is fully comply with the codes.

61 Monitor social compliance and environmental legal requirements, vendor issues, risks and trends for the responsible vendors and region. Notify Senior Manager if any risk flagged for risk mitigation alignment.

61 Submit high quality communication and deliverables (reports, assessment recaps, projects, etc) in a timely manner to all internal partners.

61 Ensure social compliance database is up to date and accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS

61 Advance/bachelor degree, preferably in sustainability, engineering, supply chain management or another related fields.

61 Knowledge and experience on social responsibility, empowerment and supply chain management.

61 Proven ability to communicate complex concepts and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to drive action.

61 Fluent in English (both written and verbal), other language is an asset.

61 Data management skill will be a plus (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

61 Ability to travel up to 70% of time.
