Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:- Sales Order Entry

61 Ensure good document control

61 Customer order processing in SAP

61 Generate standard sales orders;

61 Follow the credit approval process

61 Order Acknowledgment

61 Follow up the production progress of customer orders per customer’s delivery schedule

61 Contract management

61 Responsible for both internal & external customers for any related order issue

- Reports Tracking maintenance

61 Daily Booking, Revenue, Inventory, Backlog Report

61 Weekly Open Order Report

61 Weekly Backlog Revenue Forecasting Planning

61 Monthly Performance Report

- Customer Connect Program

61 Complete the training on time and actively utilize it in future customer service delivery

61 Achieve the differential customer service SLA

61 Increase customer interaction per regular MOS

You Must Have

61 Fluent language skills in Chinese, Korean

61 Oral & written communication in Korean is a plus.

61 Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities

61 Eager to learn and work in a changing and fast-growing environment

61 A commitment to discovering to improve service.

61 Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in various countries

61 Preferred minimum of 3 years experience in an Order Management Specialist, SalesAssistant, or Buyer background, preferably with contract administration expertise

61 Good standard of ability with Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of ERP – SAP
