1. Responsible for global AVA (Audio Video Accessories) product overall strategy discussion and development, overall planning and design of product line.

2. Define product business unit strategy and complete product roadmap planning through in-depth market research, user and competitive analysis, technology and cost assessment.

3. Understand the operation strategies of rival brands in different market periods through user interaction, compared with the company's brand strategies, made comparative analysis and proposed solutions; ;

4. Complete product concept design (PRD) with the support of design and development team.

5. Complete new product delivery with product development team to ensure functional, quality, time and cost targets are achieved.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, familiar with earphone and audio industry, at least 3 years management experience in the same position;

2. Have rich product planning and design ability, resource coordination and communication ability, familiar with the whole process of product design, r&d, promotion and improvement;

3. Pay attention to market changes and technological development, have strong market analysis ability, and have rich management experience from product research to product life cycle management;

4. Excellent business judgment, logical and data analysis ability, good team management ability and teamwork ability.

5. English can be a working language.
