外贸业务员

Evaluate the customers and provide the best price on time, analyze the market situation and market share, set up the professional marketing strategy;

Attend fairs and Exhibitions, utilize all kinds of export channels to get orders;

Issue the new order to the supplier , follow up the production process and make sure delivery on time;

Work with the shipping forwarder to arrange the container booking and transportation, prepare the shipping docs；

Coordinate with Finance department to make collection

职位描述：

1.海外市场老客户的维护和开拓新客户，

2.评估客户需求并给予准确的报价，能够准确的分析市场行情和市场份额，制定专业的营销策略

3.参加国内外的展会，在国际业务平台基础上，多渠道开拓市场，争取订单。

4.负责外贸订单的及时下达，并全程跟进，以确保及时交货；

5.协调出口运输以及与货代，做好出口单据、资料等；

6.配合财务做好核销，对帐工作.

Job Requirements:

College degree or above;

At least 2 years working experience in export merchandiser field;

CET 4 or above, good Oral English, able to read and write English emails;

Can use all kinds of Microsoft office tools;

Own strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, open-minded and good negotiating skills;

Mainly based in Qingdao, travel domestic and abroad according to job need.

1. 学历：专科以上学历；

2. 工作经验：2年以上外贸跟单与销售工作经验；

3. 英语水平：大学四级及以上，口语流利，可看懂并书写英语邮件；

4. 电脑水平：熟练操作各种办公软件；

5. 能力素质：有责任心，良好的沟通谈判能力，性格开朗外向，注重团结协作；

6. 其他要求：此职位以在青岛工作为主，根据工作需要国内外出差。
