- Provide technical solutions to customers using a combination of experience and MAGMA casting process simulation

结合工作经验与MAGMA模拟软件为客户提供技术解决方案

- Training and doing projects for new and existing customers

为新客户和现有客户提供培训和项目服务

-Cooperate with MAGMA Academy for training courses, seminars and related technical exchange activities

配合MAGMA Academy培训学院进行培训，以及研讨会等技术交流活动

- Handle customer support inquiries

处理客户的日常技术咨询

- Visit customers regularly to gather information and provide on-site casting process support

定期拜访客户，深入交流，提供现场过程技术支持

-Work with sales department to develop and maintain clients, providing technical support and maintaining client relationship

配合销售部进行客户的开发与维护，提供技术支持，维护客户关系

-Assist in marketing activities of MAGMASOFT and promoting technical knowledge

协助进行MAGMASOFT的市场活动，宣传技术知识

Job Requirements:

任职要求:

1.Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in casting or metal material

大学本科及以上，铸造或金属材料专业

2.Familiar with casting materials, stress and processes, at least 3 years related working experience, experience in casting process simulation software is preferred

熟悉铸造材料、应力和铸造工艺， 3年以上铸造相关经验，有铸造模拟软件经验的优先

3.Familiar with at least one 3-D drawing software, e.g. UG, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro/E

熟悉至少1种绘图软件，如UG,CATIA, Solidworks, Pro/E

4.Be proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook)

精通办公软件（PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook）

5.Good communication skills, team work ability and strong power on implementation

有良好的沟通能力，团队合作能力，执行能力

6.Be adapt to frequent business trips (including occasional international business trips)

能够适应频繁的出差（偶尔国际出差）
