职位描述

Main missions:
1 Study new project requirements and selection the best method to receive supplier quotation whether RFQ or RFP
2 Selection compatible suppliers for new projects and support NPI Phase requirements,
3 Challenge supplier price through cost breakdown analysis or other cost management methods
4 Establish the category management strategy through a category booklet, set short and long term actions and lead their achievements
5 Monitor supplier performance (OTD, Quality, Service, Engineering, Price) and inform suppliers when performance is too low.
6 Lead Action Plan to level up Suppliers level, with the support of relevant other functions whenever needed,
7 Manage and maintain the Authorized Vendor List in ERP and CP05 document.
8 Lead cost saving action plan as per Yearly Cost Reduction Plan and Identify cost reduction opportunities.
9 Monitor & analyses market raw material price variations and launch appropriate action to ensure product profitability.
10 Manage contract with supplier: SRMA + purchase framework + NDA and make sure they are signed and fully understood by suppliers.
11 Source new suppliers to improve vendor database in order to improve the supply chain performance and company profitability (ie: supplier sourcing, selection, cost breakdown analysis, new supplier audit and qualification, purchasing contract negotiation)
12 Develop a Greener Supply chain with sustainable purchase. Work with the DFT team to initiate proposals for your category improvements.
13 Lead Audit at new suppliers and manage the report
14 Develop the group's network by participating to fairs, keynotes around China.
15 Perform technology intelligence & provide insights & reports to top management.
Main experiences
1 Five years of experience in Purchasing
2 Has sourcing experience for Plastic, Package, Mechanical, Rubber, Decoration and their manufacturing processes, understand the marketing for PP/ABS/PE/PC/POM .
3 Has experience in defining the strategy for a category of materials
4 Has experiences for ERP management
5 Has experience in creating reports of KPI and presenting high level analysis
6 Has experience in leading assignments/projects with a team from different functions
Main skills
1 Bachelor degree;
2 Has supply Chain management Knowledge (Has CPPM, SCMP, CPSM will be better)
3 Has purchase management knowledge
4 Category Management
5 Fluent English: Speaking, Reading and writing
6 Ability to be critical on your performance and continuous improvement
7 PDCA mindset
8 Cost and Price Analysis and Negotiation
9 Leadership and stakeholder engagement
10 Knowledge on sustainable purchase is a plus
