1. Brand Strategy and Category Management
- Annual planning of category and product business building blocks
- Range portfolio management and proposition development
- Marketing calendar strategy and implementation to support category and business building.
- NPD focused Go-To-Market regional strategy and implantation plan
- Regional Pricing / Promo Strategy Guardrails
2. Development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and communications
- Integrated campaign planning and execution by owning the full journey of brief, develop, implementation and post evaluation.
- Lead media strategy development, optimization, tracking and reporting (supported by media team)
- Lead social campaign development and implementation.
- Guide PR, Trade event development, execution and post evaluation
- Guide category prospects recruitment strategy development and owner experience development.
- Lead and own "see think do" BBI planning, allocation and efficiency management
3. Business analysis and consumer insights
- Lead insight and action-based business analysis (external and internal data, category, product and channel perspectives)
- Lead industry and competitor trends analysis (supported by consumer research)
- Generate insights from social and consumer studies with actions and proposals.
- Own NPD post evaluation and generate actions and proposals (supported by consumer research)
4. Global Collaboration
- Key contact point to global PU
- Downloading PU strategies, and provide local category, product, consumer insights to PU
- Drive PU alignment on ranging plan, pricing tiers, new product proposition, claim support, NPD improvement with post evaluation insights
- Feed local trends and competitor trends to PU for new product developments
5. GC Business Support
- Key Accounts Meetings (T2T Sell in Meeting)
- Distributor sell in meeting
- E-com platforms T2T sell in meetings.
- Other new channels sell in meetings
- HK/TW ranging plan, marketing calendar, key claims, NPD launch cadence etc.
- GC consolidation
6. Build, develop and promote an effective team
- Team structure and R&R design continuous optimization.
- Develop team by daily on job coaching, project assignments, and learning plan.
- Promote collaborative WOW with cross functions, and supports when things go wrong.
- Accelerates talent development and develops potential successors.
