工艺工程师/PE工程师

1.改进现有工艺，并做验证，将验证结果以数据的形式记录并保存；

2.处理生产现场的工艺异常，分析并制定短期与长期解决方案；

3.参与新产品试产，与NPI共同验证新产品工艺的可行性与可靠性；

4.SOP制作与维护；

5.优化生产流程确保高效率和优质量；

6.老产品试生产的跟进和报告的形成；

7.工装治具的设计;

8.协助质量分析生产过程中的问题，及时解决产线问题。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，电子专业优先，熟悉CAD、3D 等软件；3年以上工艺工程师经验；

2.熟悉环形、单轴、多轴绕线机、注塑机以及变压器、电流互感器等加工工艺；了解SMT、插件、锡焊等PCBA相关工艺更佳；

3.有工艺改善以及处理生产现场异常的经验；

4.熟悉Word,Excel,PPT等办公软件；

5.具备一定的英语读、写能力，能进行口语交流为佳。

Job responsibilities:

1. Improve the existing process and do verification, record and save the verification results in the form of data;

2. Deal with process anomalies on the production site, analyze and develop short-term and long-term solutions;

3. Participate in the trial production of new products, and jointly verify the feasibility and reliability of new product processes with NPI;

4.SOP preparation and maintenance;

5.Optimizing production processes for optimal efficiency and quality performance;

6. Follow-up of trial production of old products and the formation of reports;

7. The design of tooling fixtures;

8. Assist in quality analysis of problems in the production process and solve production line problems in a timely manner.production process.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics is preferred, familiar with CAD, 3D and other software; More than 3 years experience as a process engineer;

2. Familiar with ring, single axis, multi-axis winding machine, injection molding machine and transformer,current transformer and other processing technology; Understand SMT, plug-in, tin welding and other PCBA related processes;

3. Experience in process improvement and handling abnormal production site;

4. Familiar with Word,Excel,PPT and other office software;

5. Having a certain level of English reading, writing, and speaking skills, and being able to communicate orally is preferred.
