- Conduct new supplier audits and corresponding supplier improvements in accordance with purchasing development requirements.

- Track the basic and overall status of suppliers and provide relevant suggestions in the process of supplier nomination.

- Tracks, monitors and analyses suppliers' delivery performance (rating) on a monthly and yearly basis.

- Participant and supports the improvement of critical quality issues with suppliers while needs.

- Conduct risk assessment and identification of suppliers and take effective control measures for risk suppliers in a timely manner.

- Make the annual audit plan of the supplier, carry out the annual process audit of the supplier and the improvement management after the audit.

- Lead and improve suppliers with risk or poor performance to carry out corresponding management improvement activities according to the escalation process.

- Participant and support with external customers audit to our plants with the supplier quality management.

- Work with colleagues in the Purchasing Department to develop and identify strategic cooperation suppliers and develop and propose development plans for corresponding strategic suppliers.

- Tracking the status of supplier quality certificate including of IATF16949 or ISO9001.

- Conduct relevant training for suppliers as needed.

Job Specification / required skills:

- Bachelor or above education.

- Approx. 5-10 years working experiences in automotive or manufacture industry; At least 3-5 years of Supplier Quality or development experience.

- Familiarize with the understanding and use of VDA6.3 audit forms, and be familiar with IATF16949 standards

- More than 3-5 years of experience in supplier audits.

- Familiar with some plastic injection molding, stamping, fasteners, machining, welding, painting, mold processing and other production processes.

- Familiar with APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA, familiar with 8D and related quality tools, can understand drawings.

- Familiar with office tools like excel, PPT, etc.

- Active and effective communication.

- Good teamwork and organization.

- Able to meet more than 30-50% of business travel needs.

- Able to read and write English, oral English is preferred.
